These people come through every time. No place to complain. You call them, they schedule an appointment and within minutes, you get email/phone confirmation of it, as simple as that. Lady in the front desk was very sweet and professional. Went there for a tire change, she took time to ask around based on my need. Also, they don’t push sale or scare sale you, green flag for me. Last time I was there, they sent me a link after the oil change and it had everything they told me afterwards. The link would open up to my car picture, status and services I may need sooner or later. So simple yet, so effective.

I love that Tim’s actually performs and provides a multi point inspection while your vehicle is being serviced, which my dealership used to perform, but hasn’t in many years and one of many reasons why I don’t get my car serviced at the dealership any longer. I am now loyal customer to Tim’s! I feel like they care about the condition of my car and their work and not just trying to sell me a service. Their office staff and service advisor are a pleasure as well which is not the treatment I was receiving at my dealership! I highly recommend Tim’s!
