I had the pleasure of being towed by Brad. He got me out of a horrifying situation on I95 in my 18-wheeler with a loaded trailer. I was stuck in the middle of the highway with a truck that left me vulnerable and a hazard. Brad hooked my truck up swiftly and showed such professionalism and concern as I was a bit nerved. He knows his stuff and made me comfortable and although I hope to not need services under these circumstances I'd be obliged if Brad was my tow driver. Have a great weekend and thank you Tim's.

Great service at both locations! Needed a 22” tire replaced ;they did it with no notice. Then I dropped off my Tesla for 2 new tires, no problem. THEN I brought my Yukon in for an alignment and they said the ball joints were shot! (The dealership I usually get service and bought it from missed that!) Then they handled the 3rd party warranty claim for new ball joints, lower control arms and a free alignment! Fast, friendly, and expert service. Ask for Ian!

Had a terrible noise & it turned out to be the front brakes. They checked it out & emailed the results, they were very thorough. Then called with cost & after I approved that, they worked on it & I picked it up around 3:00. They were very friendly, professional & made me feel at ease with trusting them with my Jeep.

These guys, thank goodness, were willing to help get my 83 E150 back on the road, as I’m from Hershey Pa and broke down about 10 mins from Tim’s. No other shop would help me or work with me. There are good people in this world, thank goodness for Tim’s crew!
