Had 4 tires mounted and balanced. The day I had them done they were having a brand new balancing machine being delivered. I wondered if I was getting a correct balance beings the new machine was being unwrapped as mine were being completed. Turns out no! Took the truck back once to have the front tires rebalanced. Charged me $10 per tire. Took the truck back at a later date and had the rears rebalanced and this time I was charged $15 per tire. So I had to pay an extra $50 to have the job done right. Won’t be going back. Do not recommend.

We had got a flat early in the morning. They had my oddball tire size and for an unbelievable price too! So I took an uber to the shop with my tire and the owner took care of it very quickly. And he even offered a ride back to my truck. I say you won’t get the same quality of service from any dealership, and I’d know after working for one for 5+ years. I’d give 100/5 stars if I could

Hey! Guys, Tire depot is definitely the best place to get quality tires for cheap. Everyone there was super friendly, and the owner was willing to work with me on prices. I got a brand new set of tires ( all 4 ) for $450 where as when I went to “Brooklyn Tire shop” they were super expensive ( they quoted me $625 and those tires lacked quality ), had horrible customer service, and their wait times were ridiculous. Brooklyn Tire shop is a place I wouldn’t recommend anyone. Once again if you want quality tires, customer service, and great prices definitely give try Tire depot a shot. Always a good experience when I go there. Good down to earth people, I like that I can get my tire fixed for a decent price and shoot the breeze with the people at the same time. Lol usually deal with the tall guy with a beard but everyone is always polite and gets me in and out. Even when it's busy I don't mind waiting because I can see they are all working hard. Even the owner come sout and works with them. I respect that I definitely recommend this business. If your local or traveling and catch a flat call them up. They even do road side calls.
