I feel grateful to have crossed paths with Todd and Diane -- a kind-hearted and genuinely caring duo. During Thanksgiving weekend, my car broke down on the highway at night. Diane was kind enough to give me a ride to nearby hotels and Todd did an efficient job installing a new battery so that my car would be ready to drive the next morning. Both of them went out of their way to help me in a stressful situation. Thank you both for your service and kindness!
