I will never take my car anywhere else. Carlos sells both NEW and used tires. You will never find a more honest mechanic. After almost being convinced to purchase new tires by tire chain company, I went to Carlos to get a second opinion. He saved me over $300. He also offers additional car and body services in addition to tires. He’s the best!

1st experience I pulled up thinking I needed a new tire sensor. Marshall assessed my tire and informed me it was a cracked rim. Which I was appreciative for. Then he offered to put my spare on. Never discussed any prices. At the end of this visit I was hit with almost a $50 bill 25 for tire change 20 for "consultation" I didn't feel great about this experience and after spending that amount I was only half of my concern was handled. Marshall could have just charged me the 20 for the consultation feel like he worked me with the tire change. 2nd time I go back looking to see if I could redeem my experience with this tiny tire shop. I pull up and no Marshall this time instead young Hispanic guy. I advised I was back to have my tire removed from my cracked rim onto this new rim I bought. At that time he said the price would be $25. The new rim had a TPMS on it which the tire man says oh I will have to program this to your car. I said I don't want you doing extra work (which may cost me more money). There is a TPMS on my cracked rim that works perfectly fine that can go on this new rim. He said ok continued to do the job. Rim exchanged, tire is now on car and car is still on jack. Tire man comes over with clipboard and receipt that reads $50! 20 tire change (cuz when he quoted me $25, I told him I only had $20) and $30 for TPMS transfer. I was threw this the second time at this shop they swindled. One guy fast talk you do the work whether you ask for, need it or not and hit you with a bill. 2nd trip discussed money upfront and the cost of the job and they still try to work in some other cost. After $65 I got a tire change I didn't ask for, and a tire not on the rim in my trunk. Paid $20 for the TPMS transfer. TOP RANK because they OVERCHARGE. If you decide to go here for service, don't say I didn't warn you!

Carlos was really helpful getting my tires together. I’d been to 3 different mechanics who gave me the run-around for my issue. Carlos said “give me 30 minutes and I’ll get it fixed”, and he did! Riding away with fresh wheels and renewed confidence that I’ve found a tire shop I can actually trust. Will return and refer!
