so I just recently moved around here and my mother Janet gave me information about Torch auto and how wonderful their services are. I went in today around one 15 for my tires. I got two brand new tires ones that were ordered from Liz herself. Thank you to Liz and two her wonderful brothers and employees at Torch auto formaking this experience, painless and easy!😉 Now, I have a car that runs and The tires worked very well, especially for this weather!! I am so grateful to have mechanics that know what they’re doing, that are fair in their pricing, and don’t like to take advantage of people. I have found that a lot of auto mechanics, and you know who you are that like to take advantage of people, especially if you are a single female but here at Torch Auto they treat you like family. If you have any questions about your vehicle, they have the answers and you can tell that they know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about because they don’t hesitate to look for an answer. All they want to do at Torch Auto is get your car in working condition so we can get back out there on the road. again, I just wanna say thank you so very much Torch auto for giving me brand new tires so I can get back out here on the road and go back to work. I have taken my car to Torch Auto several times now and every time the problem is fixed at a truly fair and reasonable price. This last time, my daughter's car had 2 bad tires which kept deflating in the snow and had trouble inflating them...The mechanic actually said he would go there and use a good inflater to be able to get her to the shop...which was about 2 miles away. They sold us 2 new tires for $65 each...now where can you get a price like that for a new tire? They also did the job the next day so she could go to work and rotated them to put the 2 old on the rear. They have always been professional, considerate, and helpful in every way. I am so glad they are in my neighborhood and I will never go to another auto shop or mechanic anymore.

Beside the simple stuff my Husband can do Teddy is the only mechanic that will ever touch any of my vehicles he is absolutely the best and great affordable prices I always receive excellent service as well as customer service Liz that’s my girl she keeps me informed every step of the way I really appreciate all of you there at the shop .

I don’t care what anybody say. They are some good people good service, cheap and very reliable. They fix my window while I was in the car and they were the only Autoshop in the area that I called that gave me a decent quote for my window and I live 40 minutes away that should tell you something to drive that far just to get a Window fix is crazy Torch auto is the best service in the EssexDundalk area. My new Autoshop. 💯💯
