I love this place. Fernando is 100% truthful and helpful!! He talks to you straight up and gives you great feedback. All the mechanics there are top notch! My friends family has always brought their vehicles there and now I’ll always bring mine there. No other shop is necessary and they have all the referrals to reputable specialists

This was my first time at Total Automotive and it was a positive experience. Fernando did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. He even fixed a couple of minor things without charging me. I appreciate that sort of thoroughness in a mechanic. My only suggestion would be a bit better communication from Ken, (the owner?) Bill and Fernando were very engaging and clearly very experienced mechanics. Highly recommended.

best mechanic experience i've had. i know 0 about cars which can make a trip to the mechanic overwhelming/intimidating but Bill was very communicative and explained the work that needed to be done and why. they also called me throughout the day to keep me updated and finished working on my car the same day I dropped it off. i can't recommend them enough.
