Absolutely Dishonest and Horrible shop! Brought a 2014 Mustang GT to them to have a cat back Borla exhaust system put on as well as a tuner. After I brought the car home I noticed that the exhaust tips were hitting the back bumper. I contacted the shop and made arrangements the following week to bring it back in. They told me they would get to it the day I brought it back in, but they didn't. Since I didn't want the car sitting out overnight I picked it up. The following morning I contacted another shop. I brought the car to them and after 2-3 hours of working on it they concluded that the system wasn't the correct one for the car. When that shop contacted me I went and checked the part number on the Borla box only to find that that the exhaust that Total Performance had put on was incorrect and for Mustang years 2005-2009. When I contacted the shop to demand a refund, given they had ordered and put the wrong system on the car, they refused and I am in the process of getting a refund through the credit card company and pursuing a small claims lawsuit to get my money back for the work the other shop did trying to fix the problem. Again horrible.
