Came in due to a rear-ended collision with my Model 3. Andrew made sure I had a great experience, great service, great customer support. Overall, the shop went above and beyond with the repair and complimentary detailing 🧼. Super pumped to have my baby Model 3 rolling 3 weeks later. Despite still recovering, the experience makes it better 🙌🏾.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I am so glad I went to Total Recon verses actual Tesla center. There was no wait time with Total Recon, they actually talk to you and help you when Tesla insurance fails in every way. Shout outs to Nick and Andrew! If you need any sort of repair you don’t need to think twice, Total Recon is the best service provider in our area.

Andrew and Nick at Total Recon did fantastic repairs on my Tesla Model 3. You cant even tell it was ever in an accident. When the car was towed to Total Recan I was unsure the car was even repairable. Like new! Thanks team!

Hit a deer in late October. Tesla’s body shop didn’t have availability until December 15th. I called Total Recon and they gave me an appointment within three days. Andrew and Nick made the experience very pleasant and easy. Andrew helped me get into one of Total Recon’s loaner cars hassle free. I was back in my car in a month and it looked brand new. It was a very hands off process with open communication. I highly recommend anyone with a Tesla to come here if they need body work.
