The team at Town and Country Auto went above and beyond with the service on my car. Adam provided a clear, comprehensive breakdown of the services I needed, as well as those he recommended, without pushing me to have everything listed on the inspection report completed. The pricing was significantly lower than I expected, and every interaction with a member of the team was excellent. There’s no doubt that I’ll be returning to their shop for future auto repairs and maintenance! 10/10 experience overall.

I've taken two vehicles to the Mount Airy shop for service, the experience was excellent. CJ and Adam fully explained the service, cost, tradeoffs, and what to expect. I really appreciate that they took the time to throughly answer all my questions. I also appreciate that I never felt pressured for additional services. Most importantly, the work was done on schedule, clearly communicated, and their prices are reasonable.

I was on vacation in Mt Airy, Maryland as part of the AMEN Free Clinic at the Miracle City Church in Baltimore. I was ready to go, but before I left my battery light came on. I quickly googled a repair shop. Town and Country Auto Repair was the first to come up and was only five minutes from where I was. Town and Country was like my repair shop back in Ohio. It had a homey/family atmosphere and had excellent customer service. It ended up it wasn’t the battery, it was the alternator. Not only did they service my car they also made sure the new alternator was up to their standards. In this Instance it did not measure up to their standards. They immediately ordered a second alternator, installed it, and test drove it. And the cost of parts, and labor, etc. was comparable to the cost had I had the work done near my home in Ohio. It took longer than expected to move on with my day but it was well worth it! I felt confident that my travels back to Ohio would be safe. Thank you to the team at Town and Country Auto Repair Mt. Very kind and friendly staff. Went in for an oil change. Got a free inspection (with pictures), and a tire rotation (not needed). I appreciate these perks. Especially when I compare them to other services places I've taken my car. I give them a big thumbs up! 👍
