This was my first time hearing about and using Town Square Auto, and I am sure I will be seeing them again! My truck had lost the brakes while travelling into the county. I couldn't repair it myself, and found the number for TSA online. When I called, I was treated like a neighbor and not a random caller. I was given directions to the shop, and treated like my business was valued. I could go on and on, but I will end with saying that the team at TSA is truly masterful, professional, and gives the best service I have received from an auto repair facility. I SAY THANK YOU AGAIN FOR TAKING MY CAR ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE, AND GETTING ME BACK ON THE ROAD!

Town Square Auto Parts & Service is A great car Auto shop. Mr. Tim was extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He has a wonderful team, and professional staff. Mr. Tim was very transparent and efficient with my husband and I during the repair process of our 2015 Lexus. After a month of not being able to drive my car due to an electrical issue, Mr. Tim and his staff were able to resolve the problem in just one day, as a pose to the month that it sat at the dealership unfixed, a lot of phone tag, and unanswered questions. Mr. Tim and staff have a very positive environment, moreover, their customer service was none other than top notch. My husband and I will certainly refer their auto shop to other people for service, and we will definitely be a repeat customer with all of our auto service needs. Thank you again Mr. Tim and Town Square Auto for fixing our car, and getting me back on the road quick.
