๐Ÿ‘ŽCan't rate their workmanship because I'll never go there without knowing prices for diagnosis before hand. I needed a Repair quote for my Toyota The "Service Advisor" called me and couldn't give me a Minimum diagnostic fee, I tried explaining that I know the price could be higher depending on what they need to do for the diag, but regardless I need the minimum price. he said they don't have one and there is no way of knowing and was definitely getting frustrated with me. I called a nearby Toyota Service Center and had a Minimum Diagnostic fee in less than 2 minutes

Couldn't get out of here fast enough and hopefully I don't have to ever return here. Slow service. They tried to upsell me on required maintenance services. A salesman came over to me while waiting to try to feel me out as a lead. The phone CONSTANTLY rings at every desk and nobody is answering it. The employees bicker rudely in front of customers. They charged me the wrong amount at first. They didn't provide the inspection report I paid for until I specifically requested it. Lastly when my car was finally completed and ready for pickup nobody told me where to find it so I had to go to the parking lot to search for it. Avoid if possible

Clear communication via phone calls, text, and email when inspecting my car. Online portal listed each issue and had accompanying videos to help understand options.

Slow service. I waited 4 hours for the Maryland inspection. The noise when reversing, but they said that everything is fine.....do they think i'm stupid....? There were still some questions on which they said they could not help. And this is a Toyota company ......
