Another great service appointment! Kurtis was fantastic at check in and throughout. Sierra was super at the cashier desk and the work on my car, including new tires, was done extremely well. I drive all the way up from Ellicott City each time because the service is so outstanding!

Customer service was fine but the pricing was really unexpected. I'm glad it was reduced somewhat but $3.4K was still more than I could afford. At least I was able to apply for financial support in order to pay remainder of the invoice. Thank you for completing the repairs in a timely manner.👍

Ourisman always does right by me. It’s easy to get in for an appointment and they do good work. One salesperson even went out of his way to retrieve a bag I had forgotten in the backseat of a loaner. I showed up near closing time in my pajamas, addled from having thought I wouldn’t have my materials for work the next day. My stuff was there waiting for me. Good people working for a good company.

They were really great. They were seamless in having the rental there when I got there. They communicated through the process. They offered to fix a headlight that wasn’t a part of the claim for a reduced rate. They were done in a timely manner and did good quality work. The driver side of my truck was mangled by a deer. 2 weeks later , good as new. Thanks guys! 👏
