This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Freightliner XC Chassis air brake issue.... two weeks later and nearly $4,000 and all they did was bypass a valve. Did have a belt replaced and a few other small things (unverified if the work was actually done) but it was absolutely ridiculous. The mechanic that was working on the air brake system had no clue what he was doing. NO CALL BACKS. NO COMMUNICATIONS. NO UPDATES. NO URGENCY. NOTHING. The incompetency is unbelievable. Please take your vehicle anywhere BUT here. Even when they called and told us the vehicle was ready the paperwork was not completed and we had to wait an additional 45 minutes. We even called corporate in Easton. Good Luck getting through on the phone if you call there. I watched them leave people on hold for countless minutes. The only way I ever got results was to physically drive there and request to speak to someone directly. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Worst service and unorganized place. Had first thing in the morning appointment. I gave them the engine info and codes that needed to be addressed. Diesel Particulate Filer needed to be cleaned. They did their code and came up with same thing. Told girl at front I want work to be done and go ahead and get started. Was told motorcoach will need to stay overnight and that they would get started. She said will call me tomorrow when done. If I don’t hear from them call around 12 noon. Called at 12 noon. She told me they didn’t start work because I didn’t approve it. Said they sent something to an email. Told her she never told me that I needed to sign something to start work or that they were going to send an email. She then gave me an attitude voice and said to busy to talk. Spoke with manager and got nowhere with him also. Not even a sorry because an employee dropped the ball. NEVER AGAIN

When 0 stars isn’t an option and this is the nicest report I could provide. If you own an international vehicle, take it anywhere else for service, especially if you happen to depend upon it to earn a living. Document every single contact detail carefully for your lawyers, because you just might need them.

The best road service I ever had John knew just what to look for and the overnight parts got there early he came right out first thing in the morning and had it done by noon great and timely work will definitely use them again if I need to
