This is a review of their U-haul service, it was the best I've used. The check out was quick, professional, and friendly. The truck itself was clean, worked great, and had a full tank. Drop off was easy afterhours and they emailed me a receipt the next morning. Best in Frederick for sure! Some U-haul places are downright creepy. Their inventory is smaller than some so just call ahead to make sure that they have what you need. I've heard good things about their cars and service shop as well. No personal experience with that but if I owned a Honda, I would certainly give them a shot.

Very happy with my first car service at Triangle Motors. I have an Acura ILX and they did a fantastic job with my recent 100,000 mile service. Communication was timely and professional. The drop off and pickup process was excellent and accommodating to my family's busy schedules. I dropped off Saturday morning and picked up paid Sunday. This flexible option was great. Very happy. Would not hesitate to return.

In the 90's I had a problem with my standard shift Honda Civic Wagon. The dealer had a wait time and gave an estimated cost. I heard of Triangle and called and I was immediately surprised they discussed the necessary repair issue, as they suggested what the problem might be and without fan fair or a wait time, fixed the car. Triangle's help was positive, they provided clarity to me on what needed to be done and showed exceptional care during the entire process. The cost was great and the service was outstanding. I decided I would continue to have my Honda serviced at Triangle. Later, before moving out of state I decided to have my car serviced. I was invited to have my picture taken back then after 270,000+miles. Recently had a problem with my CRV and the closer dealership options didn't work for me. I was trying to figure out what is going to keep my car running? Although further to travel to Frederick from where I live out of state, I remembered Triangle. I got an appointment right away and they repaired my 2009 car for me offering better than the dealers options. I am very grateful for the exceptional service and staff interaction at Triangle Motors. They have been consistent in providing caring servicing for me since the 1990"s. To me they strive for excellence.

Everyone at Triangle Motors has been great. They are so polite and truly care about their customers. I had no way to get home after dropping off my car, and Jimmy was kind enough to drive me home. They also picked me up when the car was ready. Thank you, Jimmy! They go above and beyond for their customers...AND the service is always exceptional. We've been bringing our cars for years and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Triangle Motors.

Best service I've ever had! They definitely make the customer the #1 priority here. I remember when I discovered this place in high-school I said that I would bring my honda here to get worked on whenever I got one. Im glad I stuck to that 😌💯
