Purchased some black mirror caps for my 2024 ford explorer (build date December 2023). I bought them because my significant other had purchased the same set for their 2024 Explorer (build date November 2023) and they look great and fit perfectly. I receive mine and the passenger side fits perfectly. The driver side is noticeably short and doesn’t fit all. I contacted trim illusion support and asked if I could either return both and get a new set or return just the malfunctioned product and get a replacement. I sent the necessary pictures. Although they issued a full refund, that isn’t what I wanted. I wanted a replacement sent because I wanted the mirror caps. Not once did they acknowledge the mishap in size difference on symmetrical mirrors. Not once did they offer up a plausible solution. What they did say was “my installer thinks your vehicle is a late model 2024 and the 2025 caps will fit. Check back in 90 days). Bold assumption without a VIN. I’m an advisor at a ford dealership. I know my build date. So the one solution they did offer would be no help to me at all. I’ve recommended this company to hundreds of people. But I won’t be doing that anymore. You say you want to figure out the issue but you don’t even want the part back to see what the issue is in the first place. And you refuse to send a replacement because you say it’s going to be the exact same thing. So either you’re selling crap parts or you really just don’t care. Either way, that’s not how you should handle business and mistakes.

I'm just so happy with this company. I reached out to them to make sure the very reasonably priced wheel covers they had would fit my vehicle. They responded almost immediately. The wheel covers were on order so after a couple weeks, I reached out again just to check if they had any eta. They got back to me quickly again and told me when I would get them. Once shipped, I received them within a week. They look great and customer service was wlnderful!

I left a previous review on the mirror covers and was very happy with those so was excited to install their door handle covers. They were easy to install and fit perfectly. Gives the car a bit of pop and makes it look just a bit different than all the other blue mustangs on the road. Photos have show the mirror covers as well. Overall very pleased with the products.
