It doesn’t seem they check their work before delivering the car back to the customers. My car was dented in multiple places on the driver side and they had to replace the door. When they gave the car back the first time, all the electronics tied to the drive door were not working properly, and couldn’t lock/unlock the car keypad, windows won’t go up down, inside light won’t turn on, and even the clock won’t remember the time. Had to go back and waited for 2 hours for someone to work on it, barely fixed anything and had to make another appointment and leave the car there for 2 days. The appraiser texted me stating “all problems fixed” but when we picked up the car and found out the master door lock button still didn’t work. Later I learned technician actually told the appraiser about the remaining problem, but somehow the appraiser chose to ignore it. I had to talk to their manager and it took them another two days to finally fix it. It’s such a ridiculous experience and I lost several days of work. The only positive thing I could say about this place is their manager Jeremy and the receptionist Duvall were very polite.

I have had my car in their shop for over 2 months and they have no estimate on when the parts will come in. I understand that they must be looking to find a good deal on the part that needs replacement but 2 months feels like 2 years when waiting for your car to be repaired. I would not recommend this company which is very unfortunate because they seem like genuine people on the phone (When they pick up) but I don't think that repairing my car is a priority for them.

I was involved in a three-car accident and took my Audi here. They did a great job in repairs.

Everyone at Tri State was very kind and professional. Drop off and pick up was super easy. I called to get the status and the guy read off everything they had done. Thr car is so clean and looks brand new. Would highly recommend this shop

Chop shop. It's a chop shop. Had a minor fender bender. The cost of repairs shouldn't have been more than a few grand. This shop ended up dismantling the vehicle to the point where the insurance has no choice but to declare the vehicle a total loss, which was nearly $40k. If they weren't a chop shop they would have asked "do you really want us to take apart the whole vehicle just for minor damage?" But they didn't. Strike 1 for being a chop shop. When I went to pick up my belongings they had issues with me taking some things. Things they presumably wanted to resell. Strike 2 for being a chop shop. Additionally, there were little things that were just gone. I have no idea where they went. I can only presume someone stole them. Things like custom tire valve stem caps. They were metal and had American flag imprints. They were nice. But all 4 were conveniently MIA. Strike 3 for being a chop shop. Also, good luck trying to get the right person on the phone. It's a guaranteed phone tag situation. And any time I got a hold of someone on the first try....I was redirected. So it was back to phone tag. 11/10 would not recommend this place.
