Someone referred me to this auto body shop due to a hit and run. When I say professional, great communication skills and AMAZING work!!!! Walt is the best in the dmv. He called me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle step by step. He truly is amazing man not only did he very professional but a well communicator. Also it didn’t take long at all but he made sure he kept me updated. If I could I would give him 10 stars because my experience was top notch. He really took care of my vehicle and did an amazing work. I want to say thank you Walt for all your hard work, I greatly appreciate it. If you need anything done and want it done right, take it to Walt he would make sure you and your vehicle is well taken care of.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! For my people who aren’t reading the full review: 0/10 wouldn’t recommend — unless you’re looking to practice your patience, learn how to communicate with difficult people, file a police report, and work through confrontation issues… then hey, go for it, you’ll learn a lot. Trust me :) Quality of Work: Personally, I was unimpressed because it’s painfully obvious I got work done. There’s runny paint, missing/chipped paint, entire sections left unpainted, and tape still stuck to my car. They also scratched the car in multiple places—including my windows, and left stains on my ceiling. After taking over a month to finish, I had high hopes they’d at least get it right…clearly I was asking for too much. I set up another appointment to have them fix it, but after finding out they stole my money when working on my car the first time, I couldn’t bring myself to return. Besides, I prefer to give my business to people who take pride in their work, not people who just go through the motions for the sake of collecting a paycheck. I believe the quality of work will always speak for itself and the work done on my car makes it very clear the people in this shop are the latter. Now if you just need something done, don’t mind waiting forever, and don’t really care about how it turns out then I would 10/10 recommend this shop. If you value quality, efficiency, and trustworthiness, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Quality of People: I unknowingly left my credit card in my car when I dropped it off on June 24. While my car (and card) was in their possession, an employee stole my card info and used it to buy over $3,000 worth of airline tickets on June 25, June 26, and attempted again on June 27 — right after I dropped it off. (Mind you… not even good flights either— you mean to tell me you risked your job and your freedom to fly on FRONTIER??? Alright...) A couple days after picking my car up from the shop in August, I found the ‘lost’ card inside, confirming that someone from the shop used it to purchase the tickets. When I told the owner, I expected him to be apologetic, at the very least, concerned. Instead, he got angry WITH ME. He never asked his staff about it, never investigated, and immediately insisted no one there would steal — despite the clear evidence someone did. He tried to shift the blame to me (and yes, I take responsibility for leaving the card — but that doesn’t justify stealing). He was rude, combative, and kept cutting me off. Even when a police officer told him to stop berating me, he kept on while continuing to deflect and deny. I didn’t even come to argue — I already got my money back. I just wanted to go over the footage with him and warn him that someone on his team was stealing from customers. Because if they’ll steal from customers, they’ll steal from the business too. His complete lack of interest in addressing it was alarming, and that alone warranted this review. I wasn’t going to press charges, file a complaint, or write a review initially because I don’t think it’s fair to blame the business for the actions of one person. However, the owners response to my concern troubled me so I filed a police report, a report with the Better Business Bureau, and a complaint with the Maryland State Attorney Generals Office. Since he won’t hold his workers accountable, I had to escalate on my own so no one else gets affected. Insurance initially sent me to Caliber Collision, but I declined because I wanted to support a Black-owned business. I even took business cards and told other people about this shop. After my experience, I had to call those same people back and tell them this place is not reputable AND they do bad work. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope this helps someone. I’ve included just a few of the photos.

Great customer service!! Took my car in to get the sunroof repaired and they took the time to find out what the problem was even tho it took them multiple days and they had affordable prices after still.

Great experience. Everyone was friendly and got me in and out quick for my A/C issues. Let me know about a couple other issues I had but there was no pressure from them. Solid pricing too. I'll be glad to come back for more work.
