This is a very busy store nonetheless the CSR handled each customer with care, expertise, knowledge and kindness. He was very helpful with those that were doing insurance claims and wasn’t knowledgeable enough to complete their claim setup. I recommend this location for the excellent customer service and commitment to quality.

So my visit there was unexpected but they were able to fit me in on incredibly short notice and it was done in the time promised. Would not hesitate to go back to them again and in actuality honestly may have extended the life of my phone by another 2 years. Service was great from beginning to end would not hesitate to recommend.

Laquan and Cortez were fantastic. I came in and explained the issue and they immediately knew what to do! They told me to come back in an hour and in an hour, my phone was repaired. They are knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with. They are a great team. If i have any other issues, I will definitely come back. Great job fellas!

Took my ps5 in for an HDMI Port repair and was satisfied with the outcome , I had no clue what to expect, but everything went smooth as cake. HDMI port was pretty beat up and was repaired like its brand new. I was expecting to wait a few days for the ps5 but was finished same day to my surprise. Definitely worth the money and will look forward to this shop for any new repairs on my devices!
