VERYYY unprofessional. Not on the same page. Inquired about a cargo van and received different responses from multiple representatives. One person told me it was available and never called back. The other (male) said it was getting inspected and laughed on the phone. I will NEVER do business here or recommend anyone wasting time with these people.

Every time I have to drive by this place it looks like a mess. You wouldn’t know they even run a business, it’s like a junkyard for cars. There’s not even a viable sign with their name or what they do. The workers that drive in and out of there are reckless. They pull out and do U-turns in the middle of the road and become aggressive when honked at. It’s clearly not a professional business all around and I could never imagine being someone who would take my car there.

Had a check engine light pop up on our Durango. As usual when I go to take it to the mechanic the check engine light goes out and problem seems to be resolved. Explained to Steve the problem I was having and he was able to figure it out and have it repaired the next day. The next day my work truck went up and he found the issue the filling business day. Advised me that the problem may still be under warranty from previous work. He didn’t try to get me for unnecessary repairs and had reasonable pricing. Looks like I found my new mechanic for all my vehicle issues.

Steve is a Very Good Mechanic. Reasonable Do What You Ask Him To Do. Do Not try and Find Other Things That You Are Not Asking For. Complete His Jobs In a Timely Manner. Prices You Can Live With.
