I went to this shop, ignoring the negative reviews in the area of customer service. Yes the place is run by a collection of old black guys, and my previous encounters with shop has always been challenging to say the least, but nothing I couldn't deal with if the work was timely and with some degree of professional quality. However today was different, I wanted a sensor stem replace on one tire, a 15 minute job and I supply the stem. I asked "if replacing a stem something that they do?" The guy was flustered and irate about something that I had nothing to do with, he said " look, I'm the only tech here and you have three other cars in front of you, it will be about an hour". I said, fine, I will come back in about an hour, how much do you charge for such a service?" And he went off, as if I was pushing him. It's clear to me that this was case of misdirected anger, but if you are going to run a business, you can not allow your bad day to push customers away, be professional !

You cannot believe these negative comments about service, not plugging tires, etc. Sadly, some people have ridiculous demands. I have used Mr. Lionel to service all my cars for over 25 years. This shop’s work is outstanding!! They have successfully completed serious car problems sucks as brakes, AC, electrical, etc.as well as tire services. You will most likely get your car back the same day. They are clean and respect COVID safety!! I nor anyone I have referred to this shop has experienced disrespect. You have to give black owned businesses respect to get respect! I am a professional business woman and I know a lot about customer service. I have witnessed these guys treating people with kindness, while informative. This is the only shop that will service my vehicles, hands down!! They have serviced my Mercedes, BMWs and Honda. Give them a try!!

Customer service is terrible. Went here today to get a use tire and Loniel has a attitude problem and shouldn't be in the customer service business. He didn't have a tire so I went to the local junkyard and picked up a tire. Since he's a African American business owner I brought my tire back for him to put on my car. He said that it would be $25.00 but he never said that he only takes cash. He finished and I went to pay for it and he had a attitude because I was paying with my card and he wanted cash. I told him that I would run to the ATM and get it and he was annoyed that I had to do that. I went and came back with his money and nicely said to him that he should have told me cash only when I was there asking him how much to put the tire on. He went ballistic and said it's posted on the wall. I told him that I never looked to the right to see that sign and I'm the customer how about just saying something as a courtesy to make sure it's not a issue because what if I only had a card to pay for it. He continued to get ugly with me and grab his private area to say F me. Never will use again and hopefully nobody else will either so they don't have to endure this type of customer service from a business.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! I called to see if I could get air out in my tires and the first thing he says is “You’re kidding right?” So i said no and he said “You gotta be kidding…” that’s the RUDEST thing someone in this business could’ve done! I will NEVER go there for ANY reason or refer anyone there if that’s how they treat people…

Lazy black owned business with horrible customer service. Hate to say that about a black owned business but they are the worse. Don’t want to put the time or effort in. Went up there to ask about patching a tire and was told they didn’t have enough time to do it... It was 12:00 noon. Called to ask them about a plug and was told they couldn’t do it until the morning because they closed in a hour. They really turned downed business because they didn’t feel like doing it. Pay the extra the money and go to better owned place with employees who have better attitudes.
