I'd give this business 6 stars if I could. I have a 2016 3-Series which had cables chewed through behind the dashboard. The BMW Dealership at Catonsville quoted me $4200 to remove the dash and floor board just to LOOK at the issue. I decided to try another route as my car was not exactly "safe" to drive anymore and I didn't have thousands to put down right now. Luke was the rep who provided me with perfect customer service, and my expectations were blown away! I was expecting to not have my car for maybe a week and have to spend at least $3000. When I got the call that everything was fixed merely 2 hours later and for only $250, legit my whole life just became so much better. Finding this shop was basically a Christmas gift for me. Will recommend to anyone with a BMW they care about (well I'm sure they are gentle with other makes too ;))

I bought my first Bmw in 2002 and since then Tom and his team have serviced all of my cars (e28, e30, and e93). His work is excellent and I am never surprised by cost or additional repairs. I highly recommend this shop because I know the work is done right and I'm back on the road quickly. It feels good knowing, no matter what the issue, I can count on them.

Quick and reliable at a fair cost. Had work done on my 2015 BMW X3 last spring and they beat the BMW dealer ship estimate by $1,000. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!

They did a great job hooking up my 4runner with new wheels and tires. Very professional techs who knew about my car even though it was not a BMW. Definitely gonna use them again

Left car for what I thought were minor problems. Turned out to be major. Had to pay $120 to get my car back for "diagnostic" charges. I don't know anything more that I knew about the problems when I dropped it off. I'd be sure to ask them to call you before they do anything at all that is going to cost money.
