The mechanics were efficient and kind and did not pressure me to purchase additional services for my car. I came there to get an oil change and was informed about other services I could use but felt no pressure to get it done at that time. There was one car in front of me but once my turn came I was done in about 15 minutes or less.

Y’all get no stars my wife took her car up there and said it needed coolant. It does not need coolant. Also you stripped the plug out of my brand new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado I will never ever come back here zero stars. And my wife asked for 5000 mile sticker you gave her a 3000 mile sticker. This place is ran by a bunch of kids who doesn’t give a crap. The only reason I’m giving you one star is because it won’t allow me to post unless I do!!! Lost a customer!!!!

The workers were friendly and fast. It was Veterans Day and cars were lined up to get service but the employees were focused. I saw lots of smiles and it seemed like they enjoy their jobs, even on a very busy day.

Was very disappointed with the dishonesty regarding unnecessary additional services. The service tech told me my coolant level was low and attempted to sell me an additional service. I checked the coolant level in my vehicle and it was exactly at the full line for both a hot check and after I got home and let the vehicle cool the low check. Additionally, the tech tried to sell me a power steering fluid flush, which when comparing the color of my power steering fluid was completely unnecessary. Really questionable practices trying to upsell unnecessary services for no reason for ridiculous prices. Very disappointing that a nationwide chain of essentially quick services would need to pray on those who are less informed on vehicle maintenance. For the last 23 years, I’ve been a heavy vehicle mechanic in the military and know my way around a tool box and routinely do all my own services from my personal vehicle. I was just in a position where I was traveling, needed a quick change and didn’t want to deal with disposing of the old oil. Will not be coming back even if I’m traveling. I’ll buy an oil pan and find a location to dispose of oil before I go back to Valvoline instant oil change. Defend your business practices all you want, this is not how an honest service station who cares about their customers and wants to cultivate them for years of service rather than one overpriced experience would do business.

Every time I've visited this Valvoline establishment, each employee has been extremely professional. In addition, the service is always very quick. The employees take their time to explain what they're doing and offer recommended services, if needed.
