Everything about my oil change experience was seamless—and I love that it’s a local business. As a mom to a little one, I really appreciated being able to stay in my car while the service was completed. The team in the garage was incredibly friendly and even took the time to engage with my child during the visit. The pricing felt fair for the convenience of a quick, stay-in-your-car oil change.

I went to this Valvoline two times, the first time in 2023 and a second time in 2024. The first trip went well and I had no complaints. I then went again for my next oil change in 2024 and my visit was as smooth as the first. The second visit took more than twice as long as I watched multiple cars in the other bays come and go. Eventually the tech told me that they couldn't tighten my oil drain plug and that it just spun in place. They needed to try a few things to secure it. While waiting, they told me that whoever did my last oil change, damaged the drain plug. I told them that it was them who changed it and they took no ownership. Eventually they were able to secure the drain plug so that it did not leak. They recommended that I take it somewhere else to fix/replace the drain plug. My mistake for not getting them to document this and involving a manager. I didn't follow up as the plug did not leak any oil. Fast forward to 2025 when my next oil change was due, I listened to Valvoline techs and took it to another place, Honeygo Automotive, across the street. I was charged over $600 to have the drain pan replaced because the plug would not come off and that it just spun in place, exactly as the Valvoline tech said it would. After the pan was replaced, I took the drain pan to Valvoline to speak to the service manager. I showed her my receipts from the two visits and explained the situation. She was understanding and said that she would have to get back to me in about two days. Two days passed and she calls me to say they cannot help due to the amount of time that had passed. Their warranty is for 3 months / 3 thousand miles, even the vehicle had only traveled about 1,000 miles since the last oil change. Unfortunately this place has lost my future business and I would highly recommend others to go elsewhere to avoid unexpected expenses.

It was busier than usual since it was a Saturday but the wait wasn’t too bad. My technician was Franklin and he was amazing. You can see he really takes pride in his work and pays great attention to detail.

Friday morning I went to get my oil changed. David and the team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. David explained my service needs for my vehicle, made recommendations and he took the time to listen to my concerns. He was able to accommodate my budget for my vehicle service.
