I own the red devil of all cars and sadly after buying a brand new 2025 BMW M340i in the brand new Vegas red, I got in a six car pileup secondary to black ice. There was $15,000 worth of damage to the entire front of my car. After they fixed it in a very timely fashion with beautiful finish, a few months later, somebody hit me in the parking lot at work. I came out to my car after a long day to find the entire driver bumper completely smashed. There were no cameras to document who did it. I was absolutely devastated. It suffered an additional $6000 worth of damage. They fixed it again and it looks absolutely perfect. Linda, Ian and the entire team is excellent at communication and are very flexible with crazy schedules. They submitted everything seamlessly to insurance and were able to get authentic BMW parts instead of aftermarket. They gave me updates throughout the entire process and I always knew the status of my vehicle. I recommend this body shop for anyone who needs a fantastic job done. The only negative thing I have to say is that after both repairs, the headlights were not calibrated, so I did end up having to go back to have them calibrated. It’s the small details. A customer should not have to drive back because the repair shop did not calibrate the headlights that they placed. Other than that, everything worked out in the end and it was very timely, beautiful repair. They are definitely my go to place from now on, but I am praying that the red devil has no more accidents. Lol. 🤣

Extremely happy with the service at Varsity! Friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk through the whole shop. They finished work on my son's car ahead of schedule and offered us cost-savings (like after-market parts) whenever possible, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend Varsity!

This was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with any type of car dealership, maintenance, or repair. The customer service was so good, I was apologizing for any inconveniences I may have caused. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant, especially Bill who serviced my car. I was kept update on the progress with explanation and still got my care back ahead of time.

We used MD Collision (Varsity) for some minor body damage on my Wife's SUV. James was amazing through the entire process. He kept us informed throughout the repair, and the vehicle was ready when promised. He went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle looked awesome when we picked it up. We would definitely use MD Collision (Varsity) again for any body work!

This is one of the easiest five star reviews I have ever given. Paint matches perfectly. Not a single complaint or concern about the repair itself. The customer service was amazingly great from top to bottom. The shop even assisted with moving my car rental to another location AND arranged for the car rental agency to pick me up. I don't think this process could get any easier than what I experienced.
