From my first visit to my last, this company has been very informative and professional. They accepted me with patience coming in as the last customer just at the cut off time. Even still, they took the time to explain all of the things on which I needed to focus. They explained my next steps and did not press me to have the work done at their shop! They just offered pricing in case I decided to have it done there which were fair and comparative. Upon calling between services, each and every call has been kind and patient. While waiting in the service center, I felt comfortable as it was clean, updated like a car dealership, available clean restroom, and room-temp comfy in this cold season. I will come back for my services each time I need. As customer service goes, this company is meeting and exceeding the mark!!!!!

They charge you a service fee for paying with a credit card, I disagree with this, especially if you’re spending over 500$ there , shouldn’t be no charge. They say go get cash.. this is not good. I spent 800$ and was charge a 25$ service credit card fee. only repair shop I been to that does this. Sounds like they are being cheap , and holding back, on credit card and transaction cost.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I received at this shop on July 10, 2024, and the subsequent events on July 11, 2024. On July 10, 2024, at approximately 9:07 AM, I brought my vehicle to your shop for the replacement of the front brake pads and rotors. The parts were ordered from your shop. Upon completion, I was contacted regarding additional issues that were found, namely an oil change and a left front marker (headlight). I approved the replacement of the left front marker. When I picked up my vehicle at 2:00 PM on the same day, I noticed that my fender was not intact. Upon driving home, I realized that the crew had not re-secured my underbody carriage, which was hanging. On July 11, 2024, I returned to the shop at approximately 8:30 AM to address these issues. I was initially told that the only work performed was the replacement of the rotors and brakes, and that the damage was not from your shop. After presenting my receipt from the previous day and pointing out the additional tasks that had been performed, the original technician admitted, in Spanish, to another technician that he had indeed worked on my car. After about 10 minutes, my car was taken back and put on the lift, where additional damage was noted. Bolts were then added to my fender to keep it in place, but it was not properly aligned. I subsequently called and spoke with you, and while you were very helpful, the issue remains unresolved. I was asked to submit photos and videos of my car prior to the service, which fortunately I had. Given that this was purchased in April 2024, I am extremely concerned and disappointed with the quality of service and the handling of my vehicle. As the issues were not resolved satisfactorily, I feel compelled to take legal action to address the damages and the inadequate service provided by your shop.

VCD Auto Repair service center is one of the top service centers here in Baltimore. Aside from selling tires they are providing wheel alignment and balancing services. They also have an air-conditioned lounge for waiting customers. Their maintenance crew are well trained and efficient. Courteous sales and cashier works at the front office. The service center use up-to-date equipment while working on you vehicle. Services is quite costly but of good quality and fast service!
