I recently brought my out-of-state vehicle to Vicente MD State Inspection for its Maryland inspection, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Vanessa and her team were exceptional. Vanessa was extremely professional and thorough. She patiently answered all my questions and gave me a clear, honest rundown of what to expect during the inspection. The pricing was fair and transparent — no hidden charges or surprises. The service was fast: the inspection was completed efficiently, and I was in and out. What stood out most was their honesty and integrity. I felt like I was dealing with people who truly care about doing the job right. The shop itself was clean and organized, and the staff was courteous. From my first visit to my last, this company has been very informative and professional. They accepted me with patience coming in as the last customer just at the cut off time. Even still, they took the time to explain all of the things on which I needed to focus. They explained my next steps and did not press me to have the work done at their shop! They just offered pricing in case I decided to have it done there which were fair and comparative. Upon calling between services, each and every call has been kind and patient. While waiting in the service center, I felt comfortable as it was clean, updated like a car dealership, available clean restroom, and room-temp comfy in this cold season. I will come back for my services each time I need. As customer service goes, this company is meeting and exceeding the mark!!!!!

Byron was very good with doing my MD State inspection, the team inside the building who took care of me was also great as well. If you need anything with your registration, tags anything even MD state inspection please go see them!
