Took my car here for an estimate. I was immediately welcomed by the two young ladies inside. Then I spoke to Julian about my specific damages. He was direct, informative & also very friendly. The only reason I didn’t go with them is because my friend who used to do auto body work was able to hook me up. Otherwise I would’ve chosen this place without hesitation. Hopefully my friend’s repairs hold up, but if not this is where I’m coming. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this family-owned and operated shop for about three years now, and I can honestly say they’ve earned every bit of my trust. Before finding them, I searched through local military Facebook groups looking for reputable body shops—this place didn’t show up, but I decided to take a chance because I needed urgent repairs and Nissan was ready to charge me an arm and a leg. I’m so glad I did. Mr. Swan not only told me what I didn’t need to fix, he walked me through what actually mattered. Over the years and many visits, there were even times he let me leave without paying anything—just a hug and a smile. He always asked about my parents, remembered the little things, and treated me like family. Right before I PCS’d, I had an emergency issue pop up before my VPC appointment. He stopped what he was doing and took care of it on the spot so I could ship my car overseas without any problems. This shop is honest, kind, and truly exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience with Vision Auto Body! Everyone who works there is SO nice, talented, and trustworthy! After getting a super high quote to fix my bumper at another shop I came across Vision and was quoted hundreds cheaper. They did the work in a couple of days. I’m so glad to have found a good auto body shop - but I hope I won’t need it again anytime soon!
