5 stars, and deservedly so. My car came to this shop in need of engine repairs, and they promptly took care of me. My car was overheating and no one could point out where it was coming from, but this shop pinpointed the problem, fixed it, and had me right within two weeks. We’re talking about a month long venture if taken to a dealership, where I had it at, at first. The price was what got me though. The dealership tried to charge me thousands more than what these guys ultimately ended up charging me, with the same results. Even took care of some after the fact issues regarding my engine out of his own pocket, which I appreciate. End of the day, WAC is good money, they take care of you at very reasonable prices, will work with you, and their work rivals that of the so called big wigs. Definitely recommend them for any and all work done under the hood. For sure. My car is a testimony. 🙏🏾👏🏾👍🏾

I was referred to WAC Auto Repair LLC by some friends who live in Delaware, and I decided to make the trip from Philly to see what all the hype was about. This is for the shop run by Ibon Perez (aka Fernando) I came to have my damaged doors replaced. THAT IS IT! PROS: His wife has great customer service skills. They replaced and painted my damaged doors within a week. Good work! CONS: !!!BEWARE!!!! They will fix one thing and steal another. When I went to pick up my car. They (1) stole my good rim and replaced it with damaged rim, THEN replaced that with a rim/tire that was TOO BIG FOR MY CAR and (2) took the screws from my back license plate and replaced them with ones that DO NOT FIT. Maybe they stole some other things, but those are the only ones that I have noticed so far. I told Ibon/Fernando about this and he offered to order a new rim and replace the damaged one that they thought I wouldn’t notice. So I came back a week later to have it replaced. He DID NOT replace it with a new rim. One of his guys went to the back with my tire and took a long time to come back. Then after 15 minutes, they came back with a replacement rim (he did not order a new one like he said he would) and a DIFFERENT tire. I asked where my tire was and he claimed that it was damaged. He convinced me that what he brought was better than my old rim/tire so I trusted his opinion. THEN when I went to another shop to have some of my other car issues fixed, they told me that the rim and tire that Ibon JUST GAVE ME were too wide and made my car unbalanced. So I had to get that fixed. Basically, Ibon Perez’s shop will cost you more money and time than it’s worth. It’s unfortunate because they did fix the issue that I came for. I would have recommended them to others if they didn’t steal from me. Shady business.
