If, the customer service and communication with the customer is like the body work and painting performed. I highly doubt that it would be satisfactory. Had communication problems with the owner from get go. Just very poor communication. No phone calls. No, nothing. Seems to be too busy running around town. Doing other things instead of tending to his customers. I called 6 times over 2 days, and even left a message. The owner immediately responded,only after I picked up my part. If I could give a 0 stars. I would for customer service. This the key to your success. Making sure your customers are fully informed of any work which the owner failed to do after 6 phone calls from myself. I finally went in there and retrieved my parts. I dont expect a phone call over every little detail. But when there is no communication..that is a bad omen.

If I could give half a star, I would. For starters they cracked my driver window, passenger window, broke my mirror, and didn’t have a care in the world about making it right in a timely fashion until I deeply pursued it. Asked them to paint some exterior accessories black for me if it was under a certain amount specifically, told me it was going to be $500 more than what I allowed after they had already painted it. Surprise! After them having my car 2 weeks to get repainted, I had to bring it back yet again to get the orange peel and flaws of prep work dealt with. Got it back, they cracked my passenger window after having the windows freshly tinted and didn’t want to get it fixed. Crazy poor customer service to say the least. We will see a year down the road if the paint actually sticks to the car.
