Arrived at work this morning to find this in my tire. I called ask them if I could have my father drop my car by to have them look at it, they said certainly. They took care of the problem and my car was done within 30 minutes. Will highly recommend to everybody. Very friendly staff and great price!!

Amazing experience. EASILY 5/5 stars. I drove 3.5 hours to Berlin, finding a bulge in my tire side wall halfway thru the trip. My Mom and three young children were in the car with me, and I knew after seeing my tire that I needed a professional to check it out. Wainwrights fit me in (on a Friday afternoon) and immediately told me the tire was unsafe to drive. The service coordinator was very patient while also being direct and a straight shooter. He talked with my husband and they decided to put on my full size spare so I was safe to drive. It’s fairly obvious that I have a limited knowledge of tires and all things vehicle maintenance related. In a situation where I was distressed and flustered, Wainwrights could have easily upsold me on almost anything. Instead they were ethical operators, taking the most effective and cheapest path toward issue resolution. These guys are truly a Godsend for me and my family. Thank you Wainwrights!
