The service at Waldorf Ford was great. My service rep Wendy is fantastic. She really cares about you and your vehicle. She goes the extra mile to ensure that you have the best experience there. Even after you leave, she still contacts you and makes sure your good and theres no issues. She definitely will be handling all my service issues/visits. When you go there, definitely ask for her, she will treat you right.

Just purchased a new vehicle from another dealership out of state. Unfortunately the vehicle had some issues covered under warranty. Jonathan has been very informative professional and patient w me throughout this entire process - highly recommend this service center and Jonathan Service Advisor, for any of Ford maintenance needs or concerns! Wendy was great!! She gets 5+ stars. She really listened to my concerns with an empathic ear and kept me up-to-date on the progress of my truck. If it wasn’t for her, I think this rating would be much lower because they kept my truck for over a month for the repairs. Things happen!! With ordering and receiving the parts, it took a long time for them to fix my truck. But Wendy was 100% great. So thank you Wendy with bearing with me and my frustration. You definitely made it go over a lot smoother.
