When InspirationI got there Mr Lamont Ford asked me what did I need done to my vehicle. I explained to him that I wanted them to check my power steering hose and I didn’t need it to be diagnosed. I already knew what the problem was. He insisted that it had to be diagnosed which would be more money and an all day experience. I had an appointment at 8:30 but I was there all day until noon. The sad part about it is that no one came to me to let me know the status of where they were on my vehicle. I went to Mr Ford and asked him about what was going on with my vehicle. He got an attitude and told me that I could be there all day. Because of the diagnosis. Which I didn’t need!!! Then he told me wait 10 minutes. And he kept on about his business. And then tells me that a hose replacement would be $2000.00 . I also had a $10 coupon for my oil change and I don’t even think he used that.. went somewhere else and had my hose replaced for $200. 00 the worse experience that I have ever had. Don’t call me for Service anymore. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I took my Rav4 to Waldorf Toyota for a Recall. Saed, from the start, was very attentative. He checked to make sure the Recall was valid. What i really liked about my experience was that it did not take long check for the Recall about 11/2 hours. Saed made sure everything was taken care of. He was definitely on top of things. I love great customer service.
