‼️ I am a longtime customer of Ford, and I am warning you DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO LA PLATA FORD for service. They are HORRIBLE ‼️ I have purchased 13 Fords over the last 20 years for my business. Last October I took one of my work cars there for an issue, turned out it needed an engine. I waited 5 months, due to recalls I guess. Months would go by with zero communication, until I started calling periodically to check on status. Fast forward Beth calls me to tell me the guys have the engine installed and it’s just about ready to be picked up~ but “It needs a new battery! Battery must of died!! Well OF COURSE the battery’s dead, it’s been sitting here 5 months. I expressed my concern to Beth, telling her due to Ford having my vehicle for 5 months that I feel they should eat the cost of new battery. Beth stated “Yeah, that’d be nice!” I went to pick up my vehicle and they charged me $350 dollars for a new battery. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! La Plata Ford got me this time but it won’t happen again! AWFUL! How do they sleep at night?! Just pathetic. Not even worth the one star.

I have been here multiple times for service. Customer service is very terrible. It's almost like they seem mad that you came in. Then on top off that they prices are way high. Sign says oil changes 69.99. Cashier 128.15. When I questioned the price it was oh it's because it's synthetic oil... Mind you it's just an oil change. Last time I paid 136 for the works. So I ask for manager ( Heather) so there is nothing you can do about this price." Nope" I have 2 hundreds and a 20 in hand. Cashier no change. scratches the price and charges 120. Without the manager being there. But Heather just told me it was nothing they could do about the price. What a joke. I could go on... But it's really bad service and pricing.

Let me say first off I'm a particular customer. This location has undergone recent management and staffing overhaul and these guys came to sell some cars! Our sales guy was Levi and this guy is a rare breed of hard working young man. He has a great story, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Finance and management as well, as they had to deal with my grumpy self twice! I bought my wife a Mercedes SUV from Levi and then a week later came back to buy a BMW for myself. Good job fellas, got yourself a lifetime customer!

Great group of people. Did all the logistics over the phone and online after finding the pre owned truck I wanted on Saturday July 2nd. Made the 2.5 hour drive down Monday morning the 4th to pick up the truck. Easiest buying experience to date. Loved the DocuPad for signing everything! If I wasn’t an hour early it probably would have only been about 45 minutes in and out. The shortest car buying experience ever! Definitely recommend this dealer!

Sales was very kind greeted us at the door with a smile and showed us to the f250 I had asked about. John helped answer any questions I had about the vehicle and other vehicles that might have fit what I was looking for. The truck I did purchase had a messed up bumper that was about to have it replaced. The dealer was willing to work with me and I was able to take the truck for the weekend and bring it back on Tuesday to have the bumper replaced. The truck was read by noon the next day and I picked it up. I want to thank everyone at waldorf’s ford of La Plata for being kind and willing to just work with me to get me in a new to me truck. I would recommend if looking for a vehicle, check out this dealer I am sure they will be able to help. I have had the truck for a week now and still happy with my choice.
