After discovering a screw in our tire, Mike saved the day! We got the tire plugged for an extremely fair price with excellent service. I particularly appreciated Mike's attention to detail as we have an EV with specific requirements for jacking, and he wanted to be sure we were doing everything by the book. Thank you, Mike!

Made appt for 8am for tires. Didn't take my car back to even start until 9am. Either the computers don't work or the lady didn't know how to use them. After waiting in line for 10 minutes while she tried to process the customer in front of me (who came after me, also for tires) I asked if I could have my keys to leave as I had already paid online. She looked surprised that I had been standing there the whole time. But the tires are on and haven't fallen off yet.

They seemed like they knew what they were talking about I had 17" Inch rims on and I needed 18" Inch rims and they did not Have them in stock they could order them I needed to pass Md inspection that dayI went some place else Never buy a escalate they have more problems than they are worth One said it tires were too big and the other side a tires were too small just couldn't pass MD inspection

After dealing with a stressful car issue, Dustin went above and beyond to help where he could and educate along the way.
