so slow, if your time is valuable, you probably want to go elsewhere. I got tire replacement. i had a 2pm appointment and they did not start to work on my car until 4pm. It was in its bay with the tires off before 3 pm. Apparently, someone lost track of my tires. Some of the workers are good people and communicate well. While it is Walmart, I still expect better. The actual mounting and install seems good. time is money. this is not worth your time.

Extremely Unprofessional Service and Unsafe Conditions at Landover Hills Auto Care Center I recently visited the Auto Care Center at the Landover Hills Walmart Store (#5129), located on Annapolis Rd, for tire installation after purchasing and paying for four tires online. My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I arrived before 5:30 PM and was instructed to check in closer to my appointment time. At 6:00 PM, I attempted to check in, only to be told to park in front of garage door #2, where I waited for an unreasonably long time without further instructions or updates. When I approached the staff to inquire about the delay, I was informed that there were two cars ahead of mine, and I would have to wait. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was met by a person named Amadu, who was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. He claimed they were overbooked and that I would have to wait indefinitely. When I asked why I wasn’t informed earlier or why they didn’t cancel my appointment, he said they had no capability to do so. I also requested that he write down his name for reference, but he refused and told me to take a picture instead. His body language and tone were unprofessional, and when I questioned him about his attitude, he walked off without acknowledging me. I finally was checked in at 6:40 PM, but as of 7:53 PM, my car was still not ready. To make matters worse, the waiting area was poorly lit, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, especially as a woman in an unfamiliar area after dark. This experience has left me feeling disrespected, anxious, and unsafe. I paid for services I did not receive on time, and the lack of professionalism and concern for my safety is unacceptable. No customer, especially a woman, should be subjected to this kind of treatment. I strongly urge Walmart to take immediate action to address these issues and improve the customer service experience at this Auto Care Center.

As many other reviews have noted, installing four tires can take about two hours. Unfortunately, in my case, the tires were not balanced properly, which caused the entire car to shake at highway speeds, and the front tire valve was leaking air as well.

I came to Walmart in December 27 11:25am I wanna buy for tire on my car. I give it to my car tire information. She says we have go to inside. The store should come back. We have only one OK I said can I order now? Give me a schedule when I say she says you have to go to online. You can’t order here and can you? give to me Schedule she say no Very poor customer Service I ask her name she’s not giving to me and she do not have a ID number Tire Service

My order for tires were cancelled and when I was refused any proof or refund confirmation. I escalated to the manager onsite and he said he didn’t know how to and rudely walked off. Beware- this location is horrible
