My girlfriend’s Jeep Grand Cherokee’s battery died in the Michael’s parking lot off Snowden River. We called a local auto zone who referred us to Walter as they told us they were unable to change the battery. Walter immediately picked up the phone, drove out to Michael’s to jump start us, and then offered to change out the battery late at night after his business hours. Can’t say enough positive things about the guy. In a line of business that often takes advantage of people, Walter was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Honest, efficient, fairly priced, and customer-friendly. Can’t say enough positive things about the guy.
