Great service at Edgewood! Pleased with how they refurbished the interior and exterior of my car, and the detailing was flawless. It looks brand new inside and out! Friendly staff, excellent work—highly recommend.

Honest, quality work, exceptionally kind & helpful. This should be your go-to auto shop! I was driving from DC back home to NY on July 5th and was 4 hours from home when my car's engine light came on. I recognized the problem because I had just had it "fixed" at my Lincoln dealer the week before and knew I couldn't safely drive the car without addressing it. I pulled off the road and called the dealer who'd done the work. Closed for the holiday. I tried a bunch of other Lincoln numbers - sales, the closest dealer, the 1800# - all no help. Ward Automotive was the closest shop to where I'd stopped so, not expecting much, I called. They were busy, but after listening to my problem, Debbie told me to come in and they'd at least take a quick look. Not only did they check out and diagnose the problem within 15 minutes of my arrival, but they fixed it right away, getting me back on the road within 1.5 hours (despite not having the part on hand...they got it delivered). But the most impressive part is that the cost was $400 LESS than I'd paid just the week before for the exact same repair at my Lincoln dealer, where I was a regular customer. Ward Automotive had no incentive to keep pricing low for me. They knew I was from out of town and over a barrel - I needed to get home that day - so they truly could have charged pretty much anything. Instead, they fixed my car within 2 hours (instead of the 2 days it took my dealer) and for $144 instead of $444. Obviously, Lincoln has lost my business. I only wish I could give it to Ward instead. If this is how they treat someone they'll never see again, imagine how good they are to locals/repeat customers.

Had a water sound on the passenger side of my vehicle. Another mechanic charged me and didn't fix the issue. These mechanics found the issue in under 10 minutes and didn't charge me to look at it. Great work and these guys are now my go-to for car work.

They were very helpful and professional from the first phone call. I've had an ongoing issue with my vehicle for a year that the dealership was not handling right. I went to this shop and was treated very well. Only time will tell if my issue was resolved but so far so good and I am very happy with the service.

They really came through for me after I noticed I had a flat tire on my way to work. I was surprised how quick I was seen, the mechanic even pointed out how I had 2 nails in my tire. I was not expecting that. Thank you Ward Automotive, I will be back.!!
