I’ve been a monthly member at Crofton Water Works Car Wash for about six months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Every single visit has been a great experience. The equipment always works, the wash is consistent, and I’ve never had a single issue. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and professional. Signing up for the membership and using the app was completely seamless and very user-friendly. A special shout-out to Michelle — she was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made the experience even better. It’s clear the team here takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable car wash with top-notch customer service.

$18 and it didn't get the bird crap off my windshield and it didn't even fully rinse the suds off the truck, the blow dryer blew some of the suds off but as you can see in the pictures even after that suds remain. I didn't bother to get out and look anywhere else. They need to slow this thing down and let the pressure washer actually clean the vehicle! What a rip off!

Very convienent, whether you're doing the self-service $5/minute bays or the full service touchless wash. The monthly memberships are definitely a good deal if you wash your car often (pays for itself within 2 washes). However it is annoying how long the lines are sometimes, and one touchless station is frequently out of order. The app does not work on my phone and I had to get the QR code on another phone and send it to my phone.

Only 2 touchless carwash bays available and 1 is always broken. Wait times are usually long. I would rate it 5 stars if all the bays worked. Ive only been using their carwash for a month so hopefully things change on the future. Update: It’s Feb31 and washer is still down. They seem to always be working on one of them. Hopefully they figure it out because I really like their touchless carwash.

Don’t know why they stopped drying the cars. Thats an essential part of cleaning a car. I could pour a bucket of water on my car and call it a car wash. Quality on everything constantly drops while prices stay the same or increase. If you are not drying the cars then they freeze in these temperatures
