It's always a pleasure taking my car here. It's the BEST (as far a I'm concerned) in this area becuse they SINCERELY and HONETLY CARE. I highly recommend them for any auto work. Been going here off and on for 18yrs. I have a 2007 Equinox got it brand new. I take good care of my car, needing very little maintenance thanks to WAUGH CHAPEL TOWING. Keith and his crew has it "TOGETHER". They are like FAMILY!

My car stopped on me this week after they did some repairs. I got a tune up with no itemized bill. So I towed it there for repair. They told me they would call me and let me know what’s wrong. They called and said it may be the alternator or battery and they would call back. I get a call the next day saying my car was ready. I asked what the issue was. They said some wires..it would be $188. Fine I pick the car up and go home. This was Wednesday. Friday comes and I get in the car and it won’t start. I took it to another place and it’s now $1700 in repairs. I need a battery and a starter. They claimed to have diagnosed my car but it was wrong and they won’t refund my money! I just moved and now I don’t have the funds to cover my bills. Please go somewhere else!! They never called me to let me know they just did the repairs and charged me. They said I could have it towed up there..even more money! So they can mess up again and charge me!? Please!

Repaired some serious damage to my vehicle at a very reasonable price, even sourcing some more affordable parts. It took a little longer but was worth the wait. People had spoken highly of Keith. I was skeptical at first but he proved those voices correct.

This place is the Best especially around the holidays I had to have my car repaired right around Christmas and it literally they picked it up towed it and literally got it done in 2 to 3 days and they did not care how many times I called to see if my car was fixed and it was it was very cheap they’re very affordable I love this place employees they’re amazing they were a card and they are great I highly highly suggest this place. The owner is amazing and very sweet.
