My family car was hit by a deer and they worked with my insurance and had the estimate and my repairs done in less time than other shops had given to even get me in for an estimate. I can't thank them enough, not only for being fast and friendly but also keeping us in the loop on progress during this whole process.

My insurance sent me here to get my car fixed after an accident, Turns out my car was totaled of course. So they called me and told me to get my things out of the car, i said can i come today to pick my things up the lady said "That's fine" i told her my name and my car mind you.and i left after the phone call to get my things and they said a man had already been by to get my personal items out of the car, when questioned they said it was my ex husband! They let my ex husband come into my car and take my things, then when i asked to go see what he took out of MY car they then told me that my car had been towed. That is when i asked "If my car was towed and somebody has been by already then why was that not stated on the phone when i spoke to you" the lady then made up excuses as to why she let my ex husband steal my items and did not tell me the car was towed when i called earlier!!! Very disappointed and now all my personal items are gone and i can't even go to check what exactly my ex husband stole from me.. NEVER GOING BACK

Very friendly and courteous. Quality control needs help though. They missed a 3' stripe on the side of my RV. I lost 2 hours of drive time. Basically I pointed out the issue. BUT, they fixed it the following week. Excellent. That's why only 4 stars. Very professional.

Our fifthwheel had a tire come off and created skirt damage. The moment we walked in their door, we were greeted with kindness and promptness. The facility is properly equipped and care went into all stages of our repairs. All friendly and attentive, they got right to work on it. Communication was excellent, always informing us as they worked on it. The extra touch of a complimentary wash before pickup was impressive and generous. We felt our fifthwheel was kept safe and the work done from the paperwork to the mechanical to the decals, was commendable. Thank you, it looks great !
