If I could give it zero stars, I would, for starters everyone needs an oil change, and these people do not check the oil they just check the percentage it says on your dashboard, which is what you can do. I checked it myself in the car after they said it was fine and it was terrible. I was referred to this shop being told that they wouldn’t do work that is not needed little did I know that they are lazy and just want to do one job and have your car picked up regardless if it is safe or it isn’t even if you tell them that a certain service is needed they will reject your business I brought my beautiful Audi S5 to them for a clutch job like I was told it needed in other shops that I chose to come here for economical reasons they could never find the problem and just fix something else very simple as soon as they fixed it they ghosted me. I had to come back consistently after that to see if they have found the clutch problem, they never did so. I decided to tell them to do other services that my coordinated they would always say I’ll call you later. I’ll call you back. I will tell them will call you tomorrow, etc. I never did. I would always call. They would never call me at the end of the day the last day chose to get a straight answer out of them because the previous day they told me will call you back after I sent them an email regarding all the services I want it to be done so they never did the following day I called. He said let me call you in a few minutes and hung up. Didn’t say hello I waited a few minutes. He never called so I called back and he said that they just want to get rid of my car. and denied doing any other services claiming that I check up on them too often note that the car has been there two or three weeks they not once have called me. I have called two or three times a week because they would not give me an answer on anything and I told them about the details I have sent for my car service. They said they have never even opened it yet. They claimed they did the previous days and they also have claimed that they never got the email. I really don’t know why they would die so much. This shop is a waste of time. I would not recommend the shot to anyone no matter what kind of car you have and if you plan to do something more than change one plug and go somewhere else because they will not want to do any more work and I’ll take a whole day for something that should take 10 minutes. out of curiosity I did visit the shot since I have been getting my car picked up and dropped off for repairs and they have many cars that have not been serviced. Just sitting there somewhere even jacked up and left there. I have to say that all the cars are very older simple American cars, I can see why they found it so complicated to work online since it is a luxury in German car by the person I have had my car picked up. They stated that the people working on the cars are Dominican. I’m not sure if their mechanics are licensed, but the person or person’s answering the phone have absolutely no communication with the mechanics. They just stay what they think they have done not actually speak to them. by the time I picked up the car, it was left with scratches here and there a rattle under it and a foul smell under the hood as well as Graham mud and boot prints on the door so good thing I put painters tape to avoid damage, which I did they are not the very least careful with your car. As more they also scrapes my one of my wheels My roommate who picked up my car also said that the person at the desk said my car was too hard to work on and said insults so as to say customer service here is absolutely a disgrace Sidenote my door does not close the same in the driver side noting it has been slammed. The hinge is a lot more needs a lot more forced to close.

10/10 would recommend bringing your cars here for service. They took care of me last week on last minute. I had a flat tire and I was across the street from them. I took my car over there. They put the donut on there. OK they also ordered the tire for me when I could not get access to it and installed it the next day.

This shop is really great, they know what they are doing and their charges are more than fair. This is the only repair shop I'll go to from now on,, for all my car needs.

Family owned business that takes care of its customers. I should know, I’m in the family. Most fair prices around and very honest in the work you NEED. That means not ripping off customers by tacking on work that they DO NOT need like I’ve heard from other places. Only negative is that Werking Auto is always slammed packed so sometimes it’s hard to get in and out. Highly recommended although I’m biased.
