I’m writing this review 6 months after receiving my service. I stumbled upon Wes Ben after I had my first accident earlier this year. They were the first shop on the list my insurance provided for me. I am so grateful that I chose them! Everyone at the shop is friendly and professional. I spoke with a few different people. However, everyone was informed of my issue. I did not have to continuously repeat myself, which I appreciated being in this circumstance. They kept me up to date with the progress. The work was fast and done right. I got my car back sooner than expected. I will be using Wes Ben for any and all car repairs. I have already recommended a few friends/family.

BEWARE!!! I was in a fender bender and they wanted my car!! They had my car totaled out for a fender!! They put on their estimate that my front door needed to be replaced ( The doors weren’t even touched ) mirrors , etc my radiator all kinds of stuff that actually was not even involved in the accident.. as you can see my mirrors etc were fine…. All SO they could sneakily buy my car at cost and resell it for their profit! Unfortunately, State Farm wouldn’t let me get a second opinion, but I still bought my car back anyway and had it repaired elsewhere for a fraction of the price! ANDY (THE GENERAL MANAGER) was my mechanic who did the Estimate!

We took our car int Wes Ben after it was hit and needed repairs. They exceeded expectations both with how our car looked and how fast it was done. Most importantly, while our car was in the shop, the insurance company started disputing the damage to the car despite what Wes Ben had assessed. Wes Ben not only kept us informed on what they assessed but also called the insurance company several times for us as well. Throughout this whole process, they kept us informed with at least daily phone calls which was very appreciated. We would highly recommend them!

The repair is better than new after a tree fell on my car. The amazing customer service is something you don't get from anywhere else. Thanks, many thanks. The repair was done in a fraction of the time I thought it would take. I have been a customer of Wes Ben for years they do great work. I came in to have tow hook body part work done on my Audi. Andy did a great job and was very professional. Good Job!
