The nicest people, very knowledgeable, and reasonable prices. I moved on the other side of town about 8 years ago, I used a dealership close to my house so I haven't been back to the West End Sunoco since recently that my break and transmission fluid needed replaced as well all the air and cabin filters. The dealership was charging me an outrageous price, so I knew to come back "home" to Sunoco and of course they did an excellent job getting them all done and saved me money. They are particular with what they use, the mechanic went all the way to the dealership to get the specific type of transmission fluid for my car. Excellent service,reliable, and honest. I will also never forget how they came to my rescue and towed my car at no charge to their shop from the car wash across Dino's pizza. I was there washing my car and my Jeep would not start. I called them and immediately they came and towed my Jeep to their shop. If I remember right, they replaced my starter that time.

West End Sunoco is the worst place to go for a vehicle inspection. It took the owner over an hour to do my inspection and he failed it because I had a tag light out and a rust hole in my heat shield on my exhaust. It's a money scam. He looks for things he can try to fail it for and tries to get you to pay him to fix it so it will pass. Don't waste your time with this place. It's a scam

I've had my car here a few times. They are always quick in there diagnosis and usually do the same day fix. I drop my car off first thing in the morning and done by closing time. The prices are always doable and reasonable. It's so hard to find a place that doesn't wanna tax the hell out of you! I'll keep using them and recommend them 100%

Al and Jason are two honest, hard working guys that will never overcharge you or do work that is unnecessary. I trust my vehicles work and safety to these guys hands down.. If there is a wait to get in, its worth the wait. 8f your looking for a new professionally, trustworthy place to take your vehicles this is the gem of Hagerstown right here. Thank you gentleman.
