I had my vehicle in this shop for a week for a cosmetic repair . They did a wonderful job , not only they fix my car but they went above and beyond as to wash and clean my car like it was newly bought . . It is highly recommended , great customer service all around . Its worth to mention as well their love for the cat 😺 , they have cat shop that greet the costumer . This one star is for Greg, the owner, who was incredibly rude to me when I asked for some details around the initial estimate. It’s been a long time since anyone’s gotten away with that level of disrespect. Next time, Greg, maybe you can be more civil when this question comes up and give a brief overview of, for instance, hidden costs. Otherwise, everyone (except you) was awesome. It helped that you were nice to my husband when we picked the van up. I will take that as your apology.

Drive in and get your estimate for it vandalism or accident or just fixing up an old vehicle. There's no better body shop in Western Maryland and these are competitive prices but more importantly than anything excellent work done right ! Exceptional customer service and a very quick turnaround that will leave you excited and very pleased with your repair. If you want your car fixed properly and you don't want to wait forever there's no better place in the area... Not even close !

I probably had to call them 20 times over the process of getting my car repaired as it was kind of a complicated situation. But every time I called for updates or exchange of information, each person that picked up the phone was pleasant and helpful. If I had an auto collision center myself, I would try to hire away their entire front office staff. Thanks to Chloe and all the rest. You helped me resolve a stressful situation and were professional throughout. BTW, their on-hold music (which was only for short periods) is pleasant as well.

They did an excellent job repairing my Highlander. Paint was correct, seams matched and everything operates as originally built.
