I can't say enough about how good Whips is. Very friendly and personable, they will always make sure that you understand what kind of work is to be done on your vehicle. So there is no second guessing in if they are taking advantage of your vulnerability. I have dealt with so many car dealer/repair shops around the area with rude and earful service. The whips is the only shop you don't feel like you have to fight to get what you want done for your car. They will always call you with the estimate before they start the job, they are always upfront and honest about their pricing. No hassle, never had a single headache dealing with front people or the mechanic. The owner Jim will always be honest with you and if there is something can't be done at their shop, they will tell you the truth. I strongly recommend that you go take your car there, you won't regret it!

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service from this location. I was told I needed $2,000 worth of work on my car to replace parts that were nowhere near what I actually needed. I brought the car to another mechanic who charged me only $388!! To replace ONE part that was causing the problem and who told me that everything Jim quoted me on was completely fine. I've heard such good things about this location so it was really disappointing to have this experience.

I had a tight window availability and needed an emergency state inspection on a Saturday and Whip took care of it. I was impressed, and I'm not easily impressed, meeting him and the team at Whip's Automotive. This was my first time but won't be my last. Highly recommend. Todd Cooley
