Had my car in and out of multiple shops for a couple months trying to diagnose a code, brought it to wilhelms and they figured out the problem and replaced the necessary part within two days. These guys are knowledgeable and transparent and I feel I’ve found a good shop I can trust for any future repairs

I went to Wilhelm for a simple mount and balance and have had success in the past with this shop, however the car came back with a vibration at highway speeds and took it back. I got some rude feedback from the gentleman behind the desk but then continued to perform another balance. Unfortunately the car came back with vibration still. Prior to the new tires I did not have a shake, wobble, or vibration. I gave them a call and they said I could come in again. I started to become suspicious and spent more money for a different shop to take a look at it. Told them the situation and not to my surprise one wheel was an ounce and a half out of balance. I’ve got pictures of the tire on the balancer out of balance. How come Wilhelm couldn’t provide this service? Were they trying to pull one over me? I don’t know? And don’t care at this point. I found a new shop to trust and don’t have to deal with unsolicited sass from the gentleman at the counter. Hate to do this but If you don’t want to do the job right then this is what you get.

I brought my car in for a specific issue, but the shop worked on something else entirely without consulting me. I even provided my own parts, yet was still charged for both parts and labor. The final bill was highly inflated and didn’t reflect the work I authorized. While the customer service was polite, the overall experience was disappointing and I felt taken advantage of.
