Inception Hypnotherapy
If you want the absolute best, look no further. The dashboard A/C compressor died and seized, which then destroyed the serpentine belt. Obviously we were stuck. I called Will, and despite the amount of work already scheduled, he sent a top-notch mechanic first thing the next morning. The mechanic quickly evaluated the problem, went to the parts store to get the correct belt which would bypass the compressor flywheel, installed it, and we were on our way in very short order. If you've read this far, then you're probably wondering why this review is only 4 stars. As an entrepreneur, I understand the need to charge reasonable rates for products and services. As I said, the quality and timeliness of the service provided was top-notch. But the invoice was, in my humble opinion, a bit over the top. I expected to be charged for the new belt, mileage, service call charge and a small surcharge for using a credit card. And all of those fees were pretty much in line with what I expected. But the labor charge knocked me over. Let's be generous and estimate it took the mechanic 5 minutes to measure the length needed for the new belt. Then he purchased the belt, which took maybe 25 minutes, (but I'm not sure if that was considered labor is simply charged for additional mileage), then it took 10 minutes to install the belt, and another 15 minutes to re-attach the air filter canister. Assuming the time to purchase the belt was included in labor time, that's a total of 55 minutes of labor. I had expected the labor rate to be about $125 to $150 per hour. Instead, I was charged $390 for less than an hour of labor. Supply and demand. Basic economic guidelines. And when you're stuck with a mechanical failure, obviously you should expect to pay a surcharge for mobile service. Which is what the service call fee covered. But $390 for less than an hour of labor to install a new serpentine belt, regardless of how proficiently the work was done, seems to be taking advantage of the situation, in my opinion.

Will was very quick to assist WLocco with a broken down van. He was able to get us back on the road the next day. He communicated himself throughout the process and I would definitely recommend!!!

Will and Baron are top notch and the only ones I’ll use on the Delmarva Peninsula! I came to them with an emergency on my part but not necessarily a real emergency. I could have rented a truck and been fine. Will immediately jumped into action and checked out the situation and evaluated it and said I’ll see what I can do, and that turned into done!! Baron and Will read the codes and had it fixed in less than 18 hours. The real reason I’m posting this is Will and Will Brown Truck Repair have no reason for helping me. I’m not from MD. I’m from NC. and He and Baron are truly amazing guys and care about people. Thank you for helping me and being a truly great man. I’ll recommend you to everyone I know.

I made every diesel owners worst nightmare a reality (put a few gallons of unleaded gasoline in the tank not paying attention) around 2pm yesterday. In a school bus mind you. And I drove it about a mile down the road to get to work after I noticed my mistake and topped the gas off with diesel. Dumb, I know. I was expecting the absolute worst outcome from my mistake— engine ruined, expensive fix, but let me tell y’all something… I’ve never been more at ease with any mechanic in my life, and I’ve had a wide variety of vehicles in my lifetime. Honestly, it was like going to a family member. I was told, “I don’t want you to worry about this. I will come get the vehicle for you in the morning, and we’ll get it fixed.” Sure enough, 8am on the dot the next day (today) the owner and a co-worker came and picked up my bus and had it for a total of 3 hours. Not only was everything fixed very timely, professionally, and incredibly well done— but the PRICE was, no joke, over 50% LESS than what my original estimate was. I mean, need I say more? *Efficient *Friendly *Above and beyond communication *incredibly fair pricing *great staff in the front and in the bays (the receptionist is very knowledgeable, so kind, and has a killer sense of humor!) *great simple explanations for why work needs to be done and what the projected outcome is of the work *Answers any and all questions in terms that are easy to understand for those of us who don’t have any auto background (hello!) THIS shop is exactly who and what you’re looking for, I promise. This is a forever mechanic for me in Cambridge, I won’t go anywhere else! Thank y’all so much for the fantastic work done! See y’all soon!

Good shop with good mechanics but only rating 4 stars because of the one named Baron. He’s completely rude, and inconsiderate. I’m not going to get into detail but all I’m expressing is if he doesn’t like his job or the environment he chose to work in then he needs to partake in another career. I understand we all have bad days, but his unresponsiveness is very unappreciated. I’m sure it’s hot and miserable to work in there during the summer months but there’s ways you just don’t talk to people because you’re having a bad day.
