This company right here…. Is what ALL auto mechanic shops should be like…!… WOW WOW WOW I wish they had a 100 option on here. My family & I were driving home from Ocean City it was Monday around 11am give or take, when I heard a knocking sound that was to loud to ignore I had to pull over! I googled for a shop thank goodness I found these guys. Not only did they get me in right away, they accommodated my entire family and made sure we were all comfortable. That was just the beginning. I had catastrophic issues going on, My wheel was coming off it was a domino effect that I’ve been dealing with for months and no one can figure out what the issue is. At this point it was a parent with the issue is because it was coming apart at this point. These guys were very honest and gave me great prices, very honest & dependable shop. I was back within 24 hours to pick up my truck go as new! Best of all they did not break the bank! HONEST 💯!!!

I highly recommend them, especially for their fair pricing. It’s transparent. I checked with a mechanic in the family (different state) and they quoted me a higher price for the same work. They’re very friendly and I was lucky to get immediate service.

She promptly scheduled me and offered options for drop off and pick up for my convenience. She advised what the service entailed and other related information. Willard’s has got some of the best customer service out there, very responsive, always very polite, and even called to check how my vehicle was running days later! There tech Keith is very knowledgeable And doesn’t stop until he gets it fixed. This place does above and beyond for there customers, 10/10 would recommend to anyone 👍🏻

I bring my car to Willard’s for regular maintenance and they’ve always been reasonably priced and professional. They went above and beyond for me today. I needed an urgent same-day repair and they told me they’d do their best to squeeze me in. They called me a few hours later with a price quote and a couple hours after that to tell me my car was ready for pickup! 10/10 recommend!
