Outrageously rude! I called to ask whether I'd reached Willy's Auto repair as the landline number was out of service. The man just hung up. I called back to see whether they could colour-match a Mercedes paint and provide an estimate for repairs. He said he was too busy a hung up on me again. Zero telephone etiquette = zero custom from me.
