Took my 2011 F450 in for a motor replacement the first week of May 2017. Received estimate for $11,500 for complete engine replacement. Paid $8,500 deposit second week of May 2017. After multiple attempts to get my $$ back or the truck fixed Windsor was evicted on Nov 3rd from their shop and I got a call from the building owner to come get my truck. The truck was in a million pieces. No new motor, many missing parts and I'm out $8,500. Yes 6 months without our service truck and we got totally stuffed. Beware before even considering using them. I'm not the only one this has happened too!
