After a deer redesigned the hood, right fender, along with other repairs on my 2000 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi, I decided to get the car back to original design. Winegardner Auto Body and Paint tool on the fixes and I am thrilled to death with the results! Mark was teriffic to work with on the repairs and I could not be happier. I'll stop here first if I need repairs done in the future!

In 2022 I took my 2022 GMC Sierra Elevation to Mark for an uninsured motorist claim, for a hit and run in DC. My truck was side swiped by another vehicle damaging the driver side of my truck from the front bumper to my rear corner panel. On my truck I had OEM AT4 side steps that were bought off GMC accessories website. When my truck was adjusted Mark adjusted my vehicle with standard side steps. When the standard side step arrived he realized his mistake. The adjustment of the side step was $600 vs $1200 for the AT4 side step. Instead of correcting his mistake the right way, when I picked up my vehicle from him I seen he bought a aftermarket side step that was similar to the AT4 side step but did not have the Sierra logo engraved in the step. I was able to take the serial number and confirm the side step purchased was a knock off. I was upset at this point in time and left disappointed. When I arrived at my house I did another visual inspection of my truck and noticed there was over spray all over the drivers side of my truck, windows, door jams and the body of the truck. Mark may seem like a nice man, however I believe he has his own interest in mind and not the customer. To whomever reading this review please do not let my review dictate whether you use this body shop or not. Every customer experience is different. My experience just happened to be poor customer service.

Paid out of pocket for some minor body work. Mark was great to work with. The repairs we're done quickly, properly, and for a highly competitive price. If I need repairs in the future, they'll be my first stop.

I would give them a 5 for the paint job & repair. But they broke my key and denied it. It was not broken when I gave it to them. You can tell they broke it by turning it improperly with force. Plus the Receptionist name Linda was rude and hang up the phone on me when I questioned about it. Linda told my husband, myself & the insurance company 3 different untruthful stories about my key & that I hung up on her, which wasn't true. No picture nor statements was taken or noted about a broken key because it was never an issue when I gave my key to her. I asked if I could get a return call from Harold himself to let him know about my key and how rude Linda was to me. No call was returned, I guess she didn't deliver the message.

Harold's Body Shop did an excellent job repairing my car after a deer collision. Everything was completed as promised. They're a very nice group of people to do business with.
